We got our hands on three different styles of RYOT cases to try out. These include the RYOT PackRatz (medium-sized soft case), RYOT Krypto Kit (small, hard shell case) and RYOT HeadCase (small to medium-sized, hard shell with memory foam).
We got to test these cases during our reviews of some of our best vaporizers including the FireFly2 and the PAX dry herb vapes. After weeks of lugging around the top of the line vaporizers, we trust RYOT cases to fully protect our stash.
Quality Protective Case Designs
RYOT’s minimalist designs, neutral colors and quality of materials provides excellent value at affordable prices. All of these cases are each priced at under $30 (RYOT has larger, more expensive cases like full-sized duffel bags too).
The exterior of each case is composed of durable, weather-proof canvas fabric. Each case is sealed using a rugged, smell-proof and water-resistant zipper that can handle a beating. These zippers are designed to trap in odors and lock out moisture.
The inside of each case is lined with activated carbon to absorb odor for additional discretion. The interiors walls are fitted with an assortment of wallet-like pockets for extra storage of rolling papers, accessories, and whatever else you’ll need on the go.
The three designs we received each included a RYOT Fresh Pod which is attached by velcro and easily removable. The Fresh Pods are designed to keep your dry herbs and loose leaf cannabis… as you guessed it… fresh!
RYOT PackRatz
The PackRatz medium-sized case is great for storing and protecting hand-sized glass pieces and vaporizers. The RYOT PackRatz case is like a soft pillow and features a smell-proof zipper that butterflies the entire case right in half when open.
